liked having hot springs right in the hotel though they could have been a bit warner.

Excellent location and nice big room.
It felt a little weird having no staff. The pre check in system worked well and the rooms were comfortable but it was like staying somewhere with no soul. All facilities are accessed by WhatsApp requests rather than seeing a real person. Perfect if you want a good cheap room in Caldes.

Nice room but lack of hospitality and communication
Nice little village, spacious rooms, big bathroom, comfortable bed.
You need to make a reservation for the spa area / thermal bath in advance which we didn’t know even though you get like 5 mails before your arrival, staff doesn’t speak english and is generally not very helpful, pre-check in process is annoying and there’s a lot to fill out online
